Our life skills cooking courses are tailored to your individual needs, learning pace, and dietary preferences. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to expand your kitchen confidence, we'll work together to develop the skills you need for independence.

Every participant at the end of the course will receive a book of all recipes and instruction guides used during the program and a certificate of completion.​​​​

Each week attendees vote between 3 movies, have access to a second room with plenty of space for socializing with puzzles and activities. Light snacks and refreshments provided.

Registration required by Friday before the event date to ensure we can run a social group.
Minimum 5 participants needed to run the social club events.
